Burst/EFTG Generators

Our test generators simulate fast transient glitches as they are defined in the standard IEC / EN 61000-4-4. The individual pulses generate a wideband RF spectrum up to 300 MHz due to the very short rise time (5ns)..

Surge/hybrides Generators

Surge pulses occur due to direct or indirect lightning strikes in a circuit or by switching transients caused by switching inductive loads or short circuits. This leads to currents or electromagnetic fields causing high voltage or current transients. Surge voltages and currents can reach several thousands of volts and thousands of amperes. Our following Surge generators simulate these disturbances for all the necessary level in accordance with IEC/EN 61000-4-5 et IEC/EN 60060 :

Power fail Generator

Voltage dips, short interruptions or voltage fluctuations in the public supply networks can affect electronic and electrical equipment to a large extent. Ringwave Generators

Ring wave or oscillatory wave are pulsed onset, damped oscillatory waves as it can be but triggered in low-, medium- and high-voltage systems in data networks as a noise voltage by switching operations, lightning strikes and insulation breakthroughs in cable runs. The Ringwave Immunity tests for electrical equipment are described in the basic EMC standards IEC 61000-4-10 / 12 / 18.

Telecom Generators

Our equipment for testing the electrical safety enable tests to all commonly standards (VDE, EN, IEC, etc.). High Voltage Divider

The High voltage divider type HVT … RC possess from DC up to their cut-off frequencies in the MHz range uniformly excellent transmission characteristics. The voltage divider consists of a resistive branch, which is constructed of high-grade resistance, and a capacitive branch with series damping.

Shunts

WSM alternating current measuring resistors have compared with traditional direct current shunt resistors with coaxial voltage tap significantly better high-frequency transmission characteristics. This resulted from a production engineering very complicated structural design of the active part.

ESD Generators

Générateurs ESD pour 16 kV et 30 kV ; ESD adapté pour effectuer des tests CEM de systèmes et d’équipements selon les normes IEC/EN 61000-4-2 et ISO/TR 10605. Il peut aller au-delà des limites standard, les niveaux de test plus élevés sont ajustés. En fonction de l’équipement testé et des réglages du test, les deux méthodes de test qui doivent être utilisées sont les suivantes : décharge à l’air (AIR) et décharge au contact (CON).

Réseau de couplage (CDN)

Hilo-Test offre une grande variété de réseaux de couplage/découplage pour des alimentations monophasées ou triphasées, ainsi que pour les lignes de données/signaux et les lignes de télécommunication. En plus des nombreuses versions standard, Hilo-Test offre également des options spéciales pour des tensions plus élevées (par exemple, 3 x 690 V CA ou jusqu’à 1 kV CC), des courants plus élevés (jusqu’à 200 A et plus) ou des tensions Surge allant jusqu’à 12 kV. Les normes IEC 61000-4-4/5 sont essentiellement valides.
