ESD, EFT/BURST, SURGE Multifunction immunity generator
These versatile generators allow several tests according to IEC/EN 61000-4-2, -4-4 and -4-5 standards.
The models are equipped with integrated coupling/decoupling networks and a 7″ touch screen with an RS 232/USB interface for PC control.
The test levels of international standards are pre-programmed and easy to use. The discharge modules corresponding to the different test requirements are easily interchangeable.

EFT/BURST generator

Generators for immunity tests to fast burst electrical transients. In accordance to IEC/EN 61000-4-4.
In an electronic circuit, switching transients interfere with other electrical/electronic components and equipment. This interference is characterized by a high amplitude, a short rise time, a high repetition rate and a low energy level. EFT/Burst generators are used to evaluate the electrical and electronic performance of power ports, signals, control and grounding.
These generators are equipped with an integrated single-phase or three-phase CDN network and also a high-voltage output for connection to a capacitive coupling clamp, available as an option.

SURGE generator
These SUR S6/S8 generators comply with IEC/EN 61000-4-5 standards
Surge pulses occur during direct or indirect lightning strikes and during switching transients generated by switching or system defects.
It then appears currents or electromagnetic fields causing high voltages or current transients. Lightning pulse generators are used for performance evaluation of equipment subject to high-energy disturbances from the power port and any signal transmission port. These model offers an output voltage of 6 kV to 8 kV.

High Voltage Divider
The High voltage divider type HVT … RC possess from DC up to their cut-off frequencies in the MHz range uniformly excellent transmission characteristics. The voltage divider consists of a resistive branch, which is constructed of high-grade resistance, and a capacitive branch with series damping.
Shunts
WSM alternating current measuring resistors have compared with traditional direct current shunt resistors with coaxial voltage tap significantly better high-frequency transmission characteristics. This resulted from a production engineering very complicated structural design of the active part.
ISM pulse current measuring resistors allow the metrological recording of the time curve fast current changes large amplitude in the nanosecond range. The ISM are designed for the pulse current measurement with broadband oscilloscopes
